Untreated Case Set
- Over 855 cases of primary invasive breast cancer with available pathological and outcome data available
- Case set of 19 tissue microarrays (TMAs) with 45 cases of breast cancer with 5 other tissue controls
- TMAs have been constructed in triplicate.
- TMAs may be furnished as a whole set or smaller set for validation.
- This TMA set has been treated with surgery only (no radiation therapy, hormonal therapy or chemotherapy)
Hormonally Treated Case Set
- Over 225 cases of primary invasive breast cancer with available pathological and outcome data available
- Case set of 5 tissue microarrays (TMAs) with 45 case of breast cancer with 5 other tissue controls
- TMAs have been constructed in triplicate.
- TMAs may be furnished as a whole set or smaller set for validation.
- Most of these cases received tamoxifen but other hormonal therapies are also included.
